Single Breakfast Registrations

Corporate Vouchers

 

Membership

1.1. Membership will only be deemed confirmed once full payment of the applicable subscription has been received by the club.  We offer the following payment options:

1.1.1. Visa/MasterCard payment online via our secure server.

1.1.2. Cheque made payable to "The Breakfast Club" and mailed to our postal address.

1.1.3. Direct Credit to ANZ A/C No. 01-0281-0000786-00 "The Breakfast Club" (state your full name as reference field).

1.1.4. Cash or Eftpos payment at our office: Level 1, 350 Queen Street, Auckland Central - check our office hours.

1.2. Membership Subscriptions are non-refundable.  Requests to cancel a membership will only be considered where (a) the member is fully paid-up for a two semester subscription and (b) the member has not attended or supplied an RSVP to attend any club events over the subscription period.  Such requests must be directed to the Club President in writing.  An administration fee of five (5) dollars will be deducted from the refund of any approved cancellation request.

1.3. Membership Subscriptions may be transferred to another individual provided they are eligible to hold the membership type in question (i.e. an AUT Student membership cannot be transferred to a non-AUT Student).  The Club President must receive written notification of a request to transfer membership no later than seven (7) days out from the next club event.  Failure to supply any additional information requested will result in delays to the processing of a membership transfer.

1.4. Paid-up membership in itself will not guarantee a member access to club events.  Members must RSVP to confirm their attendance by email no later than seven (7) days prior to each club event.  Failure to RSVP may result in being turned away at the door if the venue has reached capacity.

1.5. The club reserves the right to cancel a guest speaker event and/or change the scheduled guest speaker if so required.  Seven (7) days notice of such changes will be given where possible; the club will endeavour to take all practicable steps to contact members should a change come about within seven (7) days of the event.

Single Breakfast Registrations

2.1. Single Breakfast Registrations will only be deemed confirmed once full payment of the applicable registration fee has been received by the club.  We offer the following payment options:

2.1.3. Direct Credit to ANZ A/C No. 01-0281-0000786-00 "The Breakfast Club" (state your full name as reference field).

2.1.4. Cash or Eftpos payment at our office: Level 1, 350 Queen Street, Auckland Central - check our office hours.

2.2. Single Breakfast Registrations, confirmed through full payment, are deemed as confirmation of attendance for the particular club event specified on the registration form.  Requests to cancel or postpone a registration will not be considered less than seven (7) days prior to the selected club event.

2.3. The club reserves the right to cancel a guest speaker event and/or change the scheduled guest speaker if so required.  Seven (7) days notice of such changes will be given where possible; the club will endeavour to take all practicable steps to contact registered attendees should a change come about within seven (7) days of the event.

Corporate Vouchers

3.1. A Corporate Voucher entitles the holder to attend one (1) guest speaker event at The Breakfast Club on or before the expiry date stamped on the front of the voucher.  Once the expiry date has passed the attached right to a Corporate Voucher will lapse.  Requests to extend the expiry date of Corporate Vouchers will not be considered.

3.2. Corporate Vouchers are like cash and therefore cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

3.3. A Corporate Voucher in itself will not guarantee the holder access to club events.  The holder must RSVP to confirm their attendance by email no later than seven (7) days prior to a club event.  Failure to RSVP may result in being turned away at the door if the venue has reached capacity.

3.4. To be admitted into the venue, the holder of a Corporate Voucher must complete their details on the reverse side and surrender the voucher to the payments desk at the event.
