Climbing the Vodafone Ladder
Having joined Bellsouth in 1998, Andrea is no
stranger to Customer Care - previously heading
the Customer Operations team for Ericsson. She
initially worked in finance before moving to the UK
on secondment to the One Vodafone team until June
2005. Now back home as Director of Customer
