What is The Breakfast
Club?
We are a non-profit, student run organisation that has been
operating within the AUT Faculty of Business since 1993.
What
are the benefits of joining The Breakfast Club?
The meetings provide the perfect setting for students and
members of the business community to interact and network
with each other in a casual forum, in addition to hearing
from the experience and insight of the invited guest speaker.
Who are the guest speakers?
Guest speakers range from businesspeople and entrepreneurs
across all industries as well as politicians, sportspeople
and other successful personalities.
What’s
on the menu for breakfast?
A full sit-down breakfast is served with muesli, yoghurt,
fresh fruit and orange juice along with croissants, Danishes,
bagels, toast and preserves. Our sponsor
Platters Catering
also provide freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas.

Time and venue?
Breakfast at each meeting is served from 6:45am with the guest
speaker taking the floor just after 7:00am. The meeting concludes
by 8:00am to allow for lecture or work commitments. Meetings
are held at the
Wellesley Campus Conference Centre
- AUT’s modern conference facility on level 2 (ground)
of WA Block, just below the AUT Library. A
