after 5
After 5 functions are an opportunity for student members to
gain a greater understanding of the day-to-day operations
of individual businesses and their staff. They are held
at a host organisation, conducted by their management team
and are specific to their industry – catering for particular
specialisations such as tourism, management, advertising or
IT.
After 5 events allow small groups of students to meet and
converse with leaders in their intended field. They
also increase the host organisations awareness, as prospective
employers, of the calibre of AUT students.
